5 Steps To Feeling Happier Every Day

Hello - Thrivers!! Here's a little insight into the rolling dichotomy that is my mind: I love lists, shorthand recommendations, and concise lifehacks -- they let my ADHD mind get to the point and move forward. And/Also - I really, REALLY dislike clickbait-y headlines that don't deliver the goods.


That being said, I challenged myself to write a short list of "lifehacks" on a pretty big topic: happiness -- and every headline I could think of felt like clickbait, which means this article has been sitting in my draft folder for a while. But here it is, and I stand by it 100%! In fact, I guarantee that if you practice all 5 of these for one month, you will feel happier.


And yes, happiness should be a top priority for all of us. We all know the emotional and physical benefits of being happy, but did you know that it's possible to train yourself to feel happier every day?
