A: Personal coaching is a process of setting and achieving goals by working one-on-one with a trained coach. The coach helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses and provides guidance and support to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your full potential.

A: ThriveHive provides a range of resources to help you achieve personal development, including articles, courses, and access to personal coaching. Our community platform allows you to connect with like-minded individuals and get the support you need to thrive.

The Goal

You and your ThriveHive Coach will start out with an initial consultation and assessment, where you'll lay out your hopes, aspirations, fears, goals and history. Your Coach will need to know where you've come from and how you got to where you are, to know if there are behaviors that need to be undone or beliefs that need to be unlearned, in order to support your goals.

You and your Coach will then discuss a realistic plan that you both believe in and can commit to. This may include how often action items are checked on, communication styles, levels of accountability you welcome, and what's realistic in terms of time vs goals.

Then it's time to get down to business. Depending on your plan and goal, you'll meet with your coach, weekly, biweekly or monthly, for a set amount of time. In between sessions, you and your Coach will have laid out steps for you to take. Remember: it's up to you to hold yourself accountable in between sessions!

Over the course of your Coaching journey, you will have had clear expectations laid out and agreed upon between you - so, barring any delays or setbacks, watch the wins pile up, however small or large, that get you that much closer to your goals!
